For undergraduate and graduate students who reside in Allegheny County.

For graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who attend(ed) high schools in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

For a nursing student at Westmoreland County Community College who has completed their first year of studies.

For students attending St. Vincent College, majoring in chemistry or mathematics and having demonstrated financial need.

For students who have faced social, economic, or educational barriers due to systemic gender inequity and who are attending Salisbury University.

For students who will be attending The University of Pittsburghand pursing a degree or studies in education.

For graduate students at Duquesne University School of Music.

For students pursuing internships in the legislative branches of government, preferably from Allegheny County region.

For students with a preference for residents from Allegheny, Washington or Westmoreland counties who will attend Duquesne University's School of Music as an undergraduate student enrolled in the Music Therapy degree.

For students attending Westmoreland County Community College Police Academy.
