For children of full-time Duquesne Club employees.

For graduates of Burgettstown High School in Burgettstown, PA.

For students from Carlynton or Chartiers Valley High Schools who are entering post-secondary education programs.

For Virginia Tech students in sophomore year or later majoring in elementary education or elementary school counseling.

For U.S. Department of Energy and National Contract Management Association employees and their children.

For senior students at Gateway High School in Monroeville PA who will major in science.

For graduating seniors of Shaler Area High School at a Pennsylvania college or university.

For graduating seniors of Penn Trafford High School.
