- What is the difference between a project and program?
The Foundation does not differentiate between project and program funding. Both have a definite beginning, end, and clearly outlined objectives and outputs that will be measured by the organization over the course of the grant period. Program funding is restricted; it must be expended on the specific activities outlined in the proposal and must not be utilized to support the general operations of the organization.
