For a graduating seniors, or past graduates, of Penn Trafford High School who participated on the wrestling team during the senior year of high school.

For graduating seniors of The Neighborhood Academy who have overcome difficult circumstances, shows scholastic aptitude and motivation, and have substantial need.

For students attending school in Allegheny County, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington or Westmoreland County.

For graduating seniors at Franklin Regional High School.

For traditional and non-traditional students who reside in Westmoreland County and who demonstrate financial need.

For high school seniors in the Greater Latrobe and Derry Area High School.

For students in Westmoreland County and/or for employees and children of employees of Ferri Enterprises. This includes Ferri's Supermarket, Ferri Land Company and Ferri's Village Hardware, all of which are in Murrysville, and the Lamplighter Restaurant and Holiday Inn Express in Delmont.

For graduating seniors who reside in or attend school in the 15601 area code, as well as graduating seniors who are children or grandchildren of Greensburg College Club members.

For Hempfield High School students who have demonstrated strong academic performance and community service.

For students of Franklin Regional High School.
