For graduating high school seniors who are dependents of full-time or part-time benefited BNY Mellon employees.

For 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students from the Greater Pittsburgh region who plan to become involved in some way with any of the classical style or modern day performing arts and who are committed to building future audiences for them.

For Allegheny County, PA students to who have a demonstrated passion to enrich the lives of others.

For students in Southwestern Pennsylvania with financial need pursuing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) related degrees. The purpose of the scholarship is to broaden the awareness of opportunities in STEM by supporting students within racial and ethnic minority groups.

For students from southwestern PA pursing a degree in Psychology or Social Work.

For nursing students in their final year of their program.

For children and spouses of U.S. service men and women who are currently in active service or have previously served in any U.S. war dating back to the U.S.-Iraq war declared in March of 2003.

For students who prefer a vocational program or a 2-year college program.

For students attending school in Allegheny County, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington or Westmoreland County.

For graduating high school seniors planning to attend Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC).
