For students in two or four-year college programs or trade schools as a full-time students anywhere in the United States.

For volunteers of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department or for their dependent children.

For PRO-Tec full-time employees and their dependents.

For all students. Preference given to blind students or those studying the arts.
