For southwestern PA students preparing for careers in communication, marketing or advertising.

For students living in Southwestern Pennsylvania who are pursing a 4-year liberal arts degree.

For graduating seniors of Penn Trafford High School.

For first year college students in Western Pennsylvania pursuing engineering or manufacturing, or related trades.

For students who are residents of Westmoreland County.

For residents, ages 18 to 25, of Western Pennsylvania (Allegheny and the 6 surrounding counties) who are pursuing completion of a program at a trade school.

For a graduating senior at Penn-Trafford High School.
